A finished Template website for an invented vacation rental, built by Runverra Studios to show what a site for this trade can be.
- The business
- Saltbirch Stays: Two holiday homes near the beach. The Dune Cottage sleeps 4 and the Birch House sleeps 8. Both have full kitchens, fast wifi, a yard and self check-in, and you book directly with the owners.
- Who it’s for
- People nearby looking for a vacation rental, mostly on a phone, often comparing two or three.
- The job
- Turn a visit into one action: Check dates.

One long page that reads in order on a phone, with a menu that jumps to each section. Tier: Template, usually live in about a week.
03 · QualityLighthouse, mobile
Measured with Google Lighthouse on 2026-10-25, mobile first (a mid-range phone on a slow 4G connection). The sample itself is set to noindex on purpose (it is not a real business), so the live sample scores lower on SEO; this is the score without that one check, as your site launches.
