Our process

Four steps.
No guesswork.

You should know what is happening and what comes next. We agree on the details before work starts.

01

Understand the problem.

Tell us what is getting in your way, which tools you use and whether you have a deadline. We check whether we can help and what access we need.

02

Agree on what “done” means.

Agree on what you receive, what is not included, the price, timing and rounds of changes. Write down how we will check that the work is done.

03

Build. Check. Review.

We test the work. For websites, that includes layouts and forms. For automation, that includes repeated requests and errors. You review the result before release.

04

Get the work and instructions.

Receive the agreed work and instructions. Know what changed, any limits, and what support is included.

When requirements change

No silent changes
to the agreement.

If you ask for more work, we explain any change to the price or timing before proceeding. Fixing an error and adding a new feature are treated separately in the written plan.
