Do I have to buy a build after the Snapshot or Audit?
No. The report is yours to keep and use with anyone.
What is forward deployed engineering (FDE)?
It’s a name for the way we work: we learn how your work really gets done, inside the tools you already use, before we build anything.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask you to send passwords. If we need to see a tool, you invite our own account at the lowest access level, and you remove the invite when the job ends.
Do you use AI?
Only where it helps. We sort every step into one of four groups: drop it, simple rules, AI, or a person. Anything involving money, customers or steps that are hard to undo still needs a person’s approval.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. We don’t promise savings or results. We give estimates, and we say what they’re based on.
