What does a care plan cover?
Care covers hosting, security and software updates, backups, uptime monitoring, up to 30 minutes of small edits a month and a short monthly report. Growth adds Google Business Profile upkeep, review requests and missed-call text-back.
Do I need a website from you first?
No. We can look after a site we built or one you already have. Tell us about your site and we’ll confirm the price in your quote.
Is there a contract?
No. There’s no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by Stripe invoice. The prices are starting prices in USD, confirmed in your quote before you sign up.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask you to send passwords. If we need to see a tool, you invite our own account at the lowest access level.
