CSV data cleanup
What files do you take?
CSV files. If your list is in Excel, save it as a CSV first. CSV UTF-8 is fine.
Do you guess missing or wrong values?
No. We empty the bad value and mark it. We keep the row so you can fix it.
What happens to repeat rows?
We take them out of the clean file. You get them back in a separate file.
My columns have different names. Is that OK?
Yes. Before we start, we check with you which columns hold names, emails, phones, dates and provinces, and which hold numbers. Other columns stay as they are.
Do you need to get into my accounts?
No. Never send us passwords.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to help with the cleanup. A person checks every job before we send it.
Software pricing comparison
Where do the prices come from?
From each maker's public price page. We link to it in the table.
Can you compare tools with slider prices?
Not yet. For now we leave out tools whose prices only show up in a web browser.
Do you need to get into my accounts?
No. We only use public price pages.
Can I check your numbers?
Yes. Every price has a link to the page we took it from.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to help research and write. A person checks every job before we send it. If you don't want us to use AI, tell us before you order.
Template websites
Does it have a contact form or an online shop?
No. This package is simple pages only. No forms and no online shop.
Do you set up hosting or my web address?
No. We give you the site files. Setting up hosting, handing it over, and domain or DNS work are not included.
When does the clock start?
We promise delivery within 5 business days after we receive your content, and 2 revision rounds.
How do I pay?
In full before we start. There's no deposit.
Do you need my logins?
No. We never ask for logins or passwords.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to help build the pages. A person checks the site before we send it.
