AI Workflow Audit

AI Workflow Audit

Find out what's worth automating before you spend money on it.

Pick one job your business does again and again. It could be answering new questions from customers, sending quotes, or following up. We map it step by step. Then we tell you, in writing:

  • what to cut,
  • what simple software can do,
  • where AI really helps, and
  • where a person should stay in charge.

Sometimes the honest answer is "don't automate this yet." If so, we'll say so.

Before launch, both the Snapshot and the Audit passed blind practice runs on fictional businesses, graded by a separate internal reviewer. These were tests, not client jobs, and they are not a promise of results.

Payment: in full up front, or through marketplace escrow (Upwork or Fiverr).

How it works

  1. Learn. You tell us how the job runs today. You fill in a short form. For the full Audit, we also have a call.
  2. Sort. We put every step in one of four bins: remove it, use simple rules, use AI, or keep a person's OK.
  3. Build (only if you want it, priced on its own). If you want help building our idea, we give you a fixed-scope price. Nothing gets built during the audit.
  4. Check. The report lists what to measure before and after. That way you can tell if a change worked.

What this is not

  • It's not a build. We don't set up any automation during an audit.
  • We don't promise savings or results. We give estimates, and we say what they're based on.
  • It's not a system that runs all by itself. Anything with money, customers or steps that are hard to undo keeps a person's OK.

Your data and access

Access only by platform invite to our own account, at the lowest role covering this scope, or, if delegation is impossible and Matt approves, by 1Password share filled by autofill/human operator; the AI agent never sees the value.

Clients never send passwords, keys, tokens or 2FA codes in chat, email, GitHub or documents. Any credential sent anyway is not used; the client is asked to change it; the event (not the secret) is logged.

  • When the job ends, access is removed.
  • Only send what the form asks for. Please don't send your customers' personal details.
  • We'll tell you if any AI service would be used on anything you send.

How to start

  1. Pick the Snapshot or the full Audit.
  2. Ask about an audit. Email hello@runverra.com to start.
  3. Pay in full up front, or through marketplace escrow.
  4. Fill in the form we send you.

Questions

Which jobs fit?

Ones you do again and again, with a clear start and end. For example: question → quote → follow-up. Or a form → a spreadsheet. Or a report you make every week.

Do I have to buy anything after?

No. The report is yours. You can use it with anyone.

How long does it take?

The Snapshot: delivery in up to 7 days after we have everything we need from you. The Audit: delivery in up to 14 days after we have everything we need from you. If you reschedule the Audit session, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We never ask you to send passwords. If we need to see a tool, you invite our own account at the lowest role.

Can you build it too?

Maybe. We'd give you a fixed-scope price after the audit.

What if automating isn't worth it?

Then we'll say so. Sometimes the honest answer is "don't automate this yet."
